we can simulate a blast loading by help of a time history curve, which can be applied to the borehole walls as a pressure function. I want to simulate a decoupled condition( there is gap between the borehole and explosive in actual case). Is is feasible to opt for a blast pressure equation for it. (I need it for numerical simulation )

Firstly conwep model as per my knowledge does not work for borehole blasting, but for wall and straight and flat surfaces.
Secondly, the issue of representing a de-coupled blast loading in pressure format cannot be fulfilled by the CONWEP model.
You can also check Conwep analysis and compare the results with pressure time history(which you have). Conwep gives better results for flat surfaces but does not mean we cannot use it for other surfaces. I am using conwep for V-shaped plate and getting reasonable results.
Inorder to avoid the ale simulations i am not using the EOS and going for a time history instead and with application of eos DECOUPLED analysis can be easily maintained with a gap between the explosive and borehole.
if your question is regarding JWL EOS then yes! and it same for ABAQUS AND DYNA
Have you come across errors like the ratio of deformation to wave speed exceeds 1.
Ratio of deformation to wave speed can never be greater than 1.
If you are speaking of negative volume in the element , which could deform the element, the reason could be many!
1 Check the material and eos properties.
2. Check the units , utmost important
3 Check the meshing. a poor aspect ratio element could lead to the a negative volume.
There can be many other , which atleast can be sorted only after reading the script file.
Regarding JWL EOS- the properties are available for many explosives online.
