Blackbody radiation and probability value relationship
When the probability is 1 in quantum theory, does this correspond to the moments when a (λ ) = e (λ )=1, that is, when the absorption coefficient and emission coefficients are equal to 1 and the emission and absorption are fully observed?

Hakan Unal: in answer to this question I must tell you, complete emission/ absorption is not yet observed in the case of black body radiation, There is always a %of radiation reflected in case of absorption, and in case of emission, although they are considered to be a perfect emitter of absorbed radiations.
