I have to analyse the relation between one dependent factor which is awareness level answer in Y and N with three independent variable s having two levels and two IV having three levels. Please throw light how to interpret results.

I would start with a very simple model which includes the most likely (based upon theoretical or empirical considerations) independent variable and then gradually add subsequent (in order of theoreticl/empirical importance) independent variables, if they significantly contribute to the model. To test for this, calculate the model chisquare statistic, which measures the difference between the former model and the new model. In Andy Field's 'Discovering Statistics Using R', this is explained on pages 331-332. Google for it if you use other statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, STATA ...).
