M working on biosensors for specific antibodies detection.

I came across few techniques involving acetate group binding the single stranded DNA with the electrode

DNA interact with antibodies changing the impedance which is helpful to detect antibodies.

Can anyone tell me the the process how to bind the single stranded DNA to the electrodes?
