To better develop your academic career, try rather to publish your paper in a journal with a good impact factor. Conferences are rather used to meet people and make connections. If you really want a conference, then look at the specific BIM application you worked on and go to a conference focussing on the application, not BIM. Innovation lies at the crossroads of disciplines.

Due to Covid-19, most conferences are online. I would suggest open access journals to be aimed for publication.
