Big Data/IoT/Virtualization - all 3 = huge topic, to slimline the topic, you need to read at least 5 literature for each to make decision..

Don't start with research title first if you still fairly new to a specific research area. Research title is only good to govern / delimit your research scope for the information to others.
You should start with the research problem. E.g. what is the research problem(s) / research gap(s) in the areas of Big Data, IoT & virtualization? What is your problem statement? what is your research objective(s)? What is your research question(s)? What is the research method(s) you should adopt? You can only answer above asked after you'd completed a rigorous literature review or brainstorming with the appropriate SMEs.
Once you have completed the above asked, then you can draft your research title - note the research title is only draw the boundary to guide your research scope. By no means the research title is final i.e. you can still change your research tile before final submission to journal for publishing or to university senate if you are pursuing a PhD degree etc.
