Best way to mitigate exposed node in adhoc network?

Since the hidden node and exposed node effect the data transmission in adhoc network so reduce the throughput, what are the way the exposed node problem can be solved so that parallel transmission is possible?

The actual concept is by providing intelligence locally either by different control information sharing, predicted data analysis or any other conditional exchange of information with neighbors.
