I would like to know how can we promote higher learning institutions to the current and potential customers(Students) and other stakeholders, to increase our recruitment, retention and brand equity strategy of such institutions.
I have read your report with interest. Beside being very informative I realised that it is short of my aspiration because the whole focus is on school leavers. This is great for undergraduate degrees and programs. However there is hardly any clue for graduate and doctorate degree seekers.
This segment is a different target group and matured students. These are different types and at different level of life cycle. Mostly married and largely employed seeking to further enhance their knowledge and skills to be called rather specialists....
