Thank you for your very good comment that I fully agree with you. There is need to really look into credibility of these so called "Rating Agency" and unfortunately ministries of education in many parts of the world subscribe these results to their chest.

We hope the rational mind-sets must prevail before these agencies have done enough damage to intuitions of higher learnings.
