Your question is important, but unfortunately there is no answer to this question since the stability (degradation) of a drug is not dependent on its solubility and/or permeation. Although the drugs of class IV are grouped in one class, the are largely differ in their chemical stability due to the fact that each drug has its own chemical features.
I have searched the literature looking to find any relationship or correlation between low solubility and/or low permeability of drugs of class IV on one hand and their degradation on the other hand, but, I did not find any study tackling this issue.
This is logical since the degradation is dependent on the chemical features of the drug (chemical properties: hydrolysis, oxidation, activation by enzymes and etc.) and not on its physical properties (solubility & permeability).
