BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1O3-δ
For this composition I can able to prepare Zr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1, But how can i add Ba to this composition? How much amount of Barium i should add it?
Kindly explain the reaction mechanism, I can't understand the composition and reaction mechanism.

If your sample, Zr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1 is not change around 900-1000C, you can use heat to obtain BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1O3-δ. Just mixed thoroughly Zr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1 and BaCO3 using a device such as milling, shaking etc and heat around 1000C for about 4 hours. BaCO3 is decomposed BaO and CO2 and CO2 will be evaporate and get away the sample. You will get BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1O3-δ like you want.
