In some ferrite -ferroelectric composites sometimes jumps are visible in some ferrite -ferroelectric composite sample, but not for all kind of compounds. What may be the possible reason?
It will be easy to give some answer if you explain your quiry more elaborated manner like for eg zero field cooled , field cooled or temperature value where the fluctuation is observed. Better to provide the curve where the fluctuation observed.
In nickel ferrite - barium titanate composite samples jumps are observed at ZFC whereas in cobalt ferrite and barium titanate its not there...what could be the possible reason?
The said transition is due to the barium titanate structural phase transition from rhombohedral to orthorhombic. And this transition disappear if you increase the concentration of Nickel ferrite as you can see in this reference http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/10584580802451397
So I suggest you look at cobalt ferrite and barium titanate composit by varying the cobalt ferrite %. Then you can yourself the origin of jump in ZFC FC curve.
My point of coclusion of this jump is the phase transition of barium titanate at particular temperature in particular ratio of both materials.
