Dear Friends I need your kind comments that in case of ternary composite, if the flat band values in MS plot changes from one value to other lets say -0.24 V (for pure) to -0.18 V (for binary composite) to -0.05 V (for ternary composite) in my case. Can we say that band bending took place incase of composite. If not then from which calculations we can get Band bending.

MS plot analysis can give us the information of the majority carrier density. Thus in composite case, if the majority carrier density increase compare to single materials, it means faster charge transfer on composite materials. Moreover, from MS plot we can obtain flat band potential if the value is higher, it affects on higher degree of bend bending and larger space charge region potential.
