Hello all,

I'm designing an RF differential rectifier for wideband RF energy harvesting. I completed the rectifier design and characterization on ADS by using HB simulation.

I fabricated a prototype however I'm confused about how to feed a differential signal to the rectifier input. From my understanding, the RF signal generator output is single-ended (Unbalanced) so how can I convert into differential RF signal (Balanced).

Shall I use two channel RF generator followed by a differential amplifier? or it is better to use an AC transformer? or what about phase shifter?.

Please send me your suggestions about the measurement setup I shall use.
