Do you mean certain phrases and words give 'authority' or do you mean certain words resonate the zeitgeist moment of/in the discipline....

I know the rules of ICN. The author(s) is/are part and parcel of a scientific name. In the title this cannot be an issue. You can omit author (s) name(s). I thick this applies for zoological names too. The ICN do not specify any thing for writing in the title. In my opinion this is purely an editorial policy.

There is no rule strictly governing when to list a taxon's authority. Usually one indicates the authority the first time it is mentioned in the text. I guess it depends on the journal, the editor and the subject whether one wants to include or exclude the authority in the title. Since one would indicate it in the abstract or introduction anyway, it is not strictly necessary.

Salma, if I understand Your question correctly, my answer is that in my example, using the species name A. rubens, then authority Linnaeus, 1758 should automatically follow. This is my old School knowledge...

Whenever I publish on a species or genus I always include the authority and sometimes also the date. Doing both at the same time, in the title is indeed very good because of synonyms and homonyms and original descriptions. Hence don't forget to use also brackets if the species name is not the same as originally described. I have had no problems with the different journals I have published in.
