Dear Zeenat Begam Yusof I see too many similarities with the following discussion: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Please_confirm_the_authencity_everything_is_highlighted_but_seems_fake-4th_Jeddah_International_Conference_on_Applied_Research_ICAR-2023
For example:
-In the above link I highlighted in my reply of 31st January, 2023 “The society behind it “Qura Al-Saud Research Society for Applied Research” looks legit HOWEVER apart from their own website (https://qarsar.org ) I was unable to find anything about them.” The same is true for “Saud Abi-Jurhum Research Society for Multidisciplinary Research (SARSMR)”. The only website mentioning this SARSMR organization is labelled suspect https://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/sarsmr.com?utm_content=cmp-true
-The name “prof. dr. Hatim Bin Hijazi Maktoom” is mentioned, I was unable to find anything about this ‘professor’
-I was unable to find the 2nd or 3rd conference “Jeddah International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research” which is strange since this is according to their own claim the 4th time they organize this event
-In my reply of February 19th, 2023 I mentioned “In addition, looking at the letter received by Abdelmajid Bybi I see a strange thing, they mention “ICAR-2023 accepted papers will be published in one of the following journals (please tell us your priority of journal):” As indicated in my reply of January 31st, 2022 this is not the way it works. ‘Normally’ a journal announces a collaboration with a conference, see for example: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/pb-assets/JBFA%20Capital%20Markets%20Conference%202023-1669741712930.pdf Same thing can be said for the acceptance letter as mentioned by Abdelmajid Bybi (the wording is remarkably similar, suggesting that the same people are behind this event as well)
-There are issues with the list of Scopus indexed journals they mention, for example the journal title “Computer Languages, Systems and Structures” this title no longer exists https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/computer-languages-systems-and-structures or the journal “Psychotherapy and Politics International” is no longer published by Wiley https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/15569195 and the new owner of this highly specialized journal will unlikely accept unrelated papers , see for example https://ojs.aut.ac.nz/psychotherapy-politics-international/article/view/77/51
I somehow think that at best there will be a meeting but due to the broad scope and all the issues identified I personally would avoid this one.
This operation is clearly fraudulent. Their criteria seem to be based solely on financial gain, not scientific integrity—particularly evident in their preference for GBP. Before falling victim to their scheme, carefully consider the risks of sending them your money. Their website appears remarkably low-quality, and none of the individuals they reference seem to have any genuine university affiliations.
I also have been accepted and I had doubts about this conference and I searched I found clues which confirm that they are impostors.
So be careful
I also looked for the origine of the photos on the conference website, I noticed that it comes from another conference in 2022, on this link https://coe.com.sa/en/media-center/photos-and-videos/saudi-international-conference-on-occupational-safety-and-health/
moi j'ai contacté un prof qui figure dans leurs liste de référence et qui exercé en Arabie .il ma confirmé que la conférence est frauduleuse .Donc faite attention
