Dear researches,
For a while, I have been struggling a problem with attaching of the mammary epithelium cells (hTERT HME1) to 96/well plate (w/ flat bottom). I repeatedly tried with 2 different brands (corning and nest), but I couldn't solve it. I'll try to conduct the same method with 24/well plate, but is there anyone who gets familiar with the issue? or any suggestion?

We had problems with cells not adhering on Falcon and Corning 6 and 12 well plates and then bought Eppendorf ones and they were fine! Thank you, Keryn for sharing your experience. I'll order eppendorf plates. Besides, I use an attachment factor for lung epithelium line in a serum-free medium. Although I'm not sure whether it works for HME1, I intend to use the AF. It may work for hme1 as well. Have you ever used the AF for those cells?

I use attachment factor for fibroblasts but haven’t had experience in these cells. Best of luck!
