I would like to measure the ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) exactly of super capacitor from Charging-Discharging cycle of SCTS(Super Capacitor Testing System). I mean where I can taking the ESR value at before voltage drop or after voltage drop? Please can anybody give the proper clarification?
Sometimes, while testing the capacitance of supercapacitor after few days ESR will showing less and capacitance will showing constant value. What is the reason behind it?

if you have the opportunity to trace the nyquist diagram spectrum, you'll can determine the composition of your equivalent circuit then you can calculate order and values of its components.
