Cu has FCC structure at its room temperature and normal pressure. How does its structure change if Temperature and pressure is changed individually and together. At which pressure and temperature, it changes to BCC, HCP, amorphous.

You may check "Pourbaix diagrams for the system of copper" as a starting point.
And find a related Cu crystal form.
You may be able to find a phase diagram for it.

Copper doesn't have any allotropic solid form. It keeps its FCC structure from room temperature until 1083 ºC when it melts in its liquid fase (at 1 atm pressure). Even applying high (or low) pressure its melting temperature doesn't change a lot (Solid-liquid equilibrium curve is a steep line). However, besides these phase transformations, not happens with its crystal structure.
It is true that you can produce amorphous copper, but it is not thermodynamic transformation, it has a kinetic control.
