At what concentration fluoranthene in soil can fluorescence be observed under UV-light?

I've encountered a concentration of 91 mg/kg ds of fluoranthene and started to wander at what concentration the fluorescence under UV-ligth can be observed in a soilsample.

Since the monster is in a lab, which I don't have acces to, I haven't tested it my self and the lab doesn't own a UV-light.

Maybe someone can give me an insight.
