The fluidity of technological knowledge is commendable; however, no matter how perfect the advances in modern and digital aid instruments are, they will never replace the wisdom of the fundamentals of astronomy. The practices of astronomical navigation contain rare knowledge that few possess, making them a true treasure of wisdom.
