I am interested in determining the intracellular ROS concentration but we do not have a fluorescence spectrophotometer. Could someone recommend an alternative technique where the determination is carried out in UV-visible and is adaptable to a 96-well plate.

As far as I see it, these methods are very good but are techniqually challenging. Perhaps other scientists can give more insight into this detection method. However, this should not be mixed up with the topic of UV radiation-mediated ROS production in cells, which is something completely different.
