On the prototypicality  scale, it is often very difficult to find words that are culturally unbiased. However, it seems ,because of the advances in technology and fashion there can be found certain tokens belonging to specific categorical concepts the meet the goodness of fit and similarity concerning prototypicality(e.g., clothes, vehicle).However, in the case of animals and/or vegetables, I believe you have a hard job on your hands since sparrow which is a prototype of birdinees in Iran may be represented by some other animal in America. In my new research( in press) on the same topic, I actually found that good examples of certain categories are hard to find across different cultures.
