Why CW laser is not enough to production nanoparticles from metals or semiconductors as ablation method ?
People usually use a tunable laser (for different wavelength and power ) for LIFT method because of controllability issue..............
It depends on the laser source. The group at Jena, Germany uses CW CO2 lasers to produce nanoparticles in their LAVA process, see e.g J. Eur. Ceram. Soc.

the laser ablation by Femto or nano plusing lasers is the common tool, but my question was looking for one who suggest or use CW laser not pulsing.

It depends on a demand. Namely Ni, Fe2O3, Fe2O5, Carbon powder and so on are synthesized using CW laser ablation in nanosclae size in our lab (www.nmerg.com) in Tehran-Iran. 150 W CO2 laser was assembled in the same lab by my sister and I in 2012.
In this regard even numerous shapes and size distributions is precisely able to prepare by laser ablation method with high stability in pure liquids, gases and even vacuum. However
another advantage of this method is the particles synthesized with a much smaller spectrum of production than other conventional methods.

Yes, but it is kind of ''Thermal ablation''.
