As anyone assembled United States Census Tract and County data for mid-census years before ACS (e.g., 1995, 1985, 1975, etc.)?

I have been using tract and county data from 1940 - 2010 as prepared by John Logan's team at Brown University. I also have the Geolytics Time Series Research Database and am aware of the National Historic Time Series Data Base at the University of Minnesota.
