To be factually precise, in my experience every recommendation you provide me is pure gold. The probability that this consistency is attributable to chance, computed using the hypergeometric distribution, is zero (i.e., "not in our lifetime")... Of course, your paradox speaks to (in)consistency, so this should not be unanticipated...

Part of the digital transfer of the ODA journal has been completed without any disruption. One more process still needs to be completed, and I will post when the transfer is complete.
Just in case one is interested, the book Maximizing Predictive Accuracy is now copyright protected at the Library of Congress, and it is scheduled for release to distributors this coming June. This textbook covers the maximum-accuracy paradigm through November, 2015.
Uploaded Book TOC Corrupted by Bug!
When I upload the Table of Contents to the Maximizing Predictive Accuracy book listing on my RG account, every instance of the letter combination "ti" or "tt" (the list grows the longer the PDF is up) is automatically deleted! I contacted RG about this, and they told me that it appears there is a bug with our pdf viewer on logged out pages, which is corrupting certain fonts. Their technical teams are looking into this , but unfortunately I have to leave the pdf where it is while RG figures out what's happening. Que sara sara...
