I am writing to express my interest in applying for the research project announced by the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR), under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Pakistan. The project is titled “Belarusian-Pakistani Competition of Scientific and Technical Projects 2025,” with a focus on the priority areas of "water, electrical engineering and environment. According to the call for proposals, projects that include a collaborator from Belarus will be prioritized. I have developed a research proposal centered on the cost-effective production of drinking water.
