Seeking robust analysis on the above to show the different ways in which environmental change impacts differentially and disproportionately on some people vs others and some countries vs others.
I looked at the time required to meet needs, and the fraction of needs that are met, with respect to resource consumption as Ecological Footprint.
As specific resources become unavailable due to the loss of the ecological capital, some people in the community can afford the change to an alternative, and still be able to have their needs met, while some people will not be able to afford the change, and some portion of their needs will not be able to be met, and their effectiveness at meeting needs will decline.
