I am not sure, what do you mean by "model". If you are looking for a theoretical model / framework, then take a look at the following (which is rather old but still viable):

Hi Rawad. I am using Moodle with engagement analytic. It gives me a complete breakdown of all the learners' interaction within the learning environment like how much time the learners spend on an activity, what activity the learner found difficult, liked and disliked etc. So it measures the impact of learners' success within the E Learning environment.
