Hello everybody,

WM and CSF time series are commonly used as nuisance regressors in analysis of functional connectivity. However, I wonder whether they are also useful for standard, task-based fMRI analysis (e.g., comparison of two conditions, no connectivity measure)? Do you know studies that included them in their standard GLM or methodological studies on that issue (e.g. comparing analyses with and without nuisance regressors - again, not connectivity-based, because I know there are studies on that issue)?

Thanks, Stefan
