Dear friends and colleagues,
our land use maps, which they include five land use classes, have been developed for three time periods. Now, the question is that, are we allowed to use non-parametric test in that case where we just have the area for these land-use classes in three years without repetition?
I wonder if you let me know what action should I take in this regards.

Thanks for your comment, actually I didn't mean that. I mean is that are we allowed to use the non-parametric test to show how the land use is changed over the study period statistically. It may worth to noted that the land use maps were developed using the maximum likelihood method. As I'm not a specialist in the statistics, then I'm not sure, to be honest, I don't know, whether or not we allowed to use non-parametric test to statistically evaluation of the changes in just 3 data.
I wonder if anybody let me know, does it scientifically accepted using the non-parametric tests just for 3 data?
