After reviewing the latest srsRAN documentation, I understand that handovers are facilitated by modifying RR configuration files. I am curious if it's feasible to implement handover scenarios by altering UE/cell/ throughput or inducing Congestion in a single cell or other KPI?

Alternative handover triggers in srsRAN include:
- Loss of Synchronization (LOS)
- Loss of Signal (LOS)
- Excessive Bit Error Rate (BER)
- Poor Cell Range (PCR)
- Excessive Interference
- Radio Link Failure (RLF)
These triggers can be used to handover a user from one cell to another in order to maintain a good quality of service (QoS).
When a LOS trigger occurs, the user's UE loses synchronization with the current cell. This can be caused by a number of factors, such as interference or a change in the propagation path. The UE will attempt to resynchronize with the current cell, but if this is unsuccessful, it will handover to another cell.
A LOS trigger can also occur if the UE loses signal from the current cell. This can be caused by a number of factors, such as distance, obstacles, or fading. If the UE is unable to acquire a signal from another cell, it will drop out of service.
An Excessive BER trigger occurs if the BER on the current cell exceeds a certain threshold. This can be caused by a number of factors, such as interference or a poor signal quality. If the BER is too high, it will degrade the QoS for the user. The UE will handover to another cell in order to improve the BER.
A PCR trigger occurs if the UE is located at the edge of the current cell's coverage area. This can cause the UE to experience poor QoS, such as dropped calls or low data rates. The UE will handover to another cell in order to improve the PCR.
An Excessive Interference trigger occurs if the UE is experiencing excessive interference from other cells or sources. This can cause the UE to experience poor QoS. The UE will handover to another cell in order to reduce the interference.
An RLF trigger occurs if the radio link between the UE and the current cell fails. This can be caused by a number of factors, such as interference or a hardware failure. If the RLF cannot be recovered, the UE will handover to another cell.
