We would know that there are different kinds of planning theories from the very beginning. Scholars have talked and written about them a lot and today we almost know about all of them except RADICAL PLANNING theory. Even in planning theories, radical planning is not taught as much as other theories and it is highly possible to see someone in higher degrees who do not know anything about radical planning. While they have been taught a lot about communicative rationality or even synoptic planning. I am wondering that there may be a rational behind this ignorance, and in fact, I smell a rat! Do not you?
