TiO2 is said to split water in UV light . I want to do this experiment can i get the method how a TiO2 film can be used to split water . Can we observe it physically ?? If any one can guide me in this path .

I did not understand for what purposes you have provided this reference. I know this and similar articles. They did not claim that TiO2 splits water under light. Surely Yogesh Singh should read it and hundreds other papers.
