BPA in natural water is trace level (ug/L or ng/L) , but in a large number of papers, which study on the removal of BPA, the authors took mg/L level BPA containing water as the simulated wastewater. Why did they choose such concentration, which is pretty high compared with those in nature. Are those papers valuable? Is Bisphenol A (BPA) really a environmental problem?
