It would be important to know something about the geological context of the structures before jumping to conclusions. I agree with the previous suggestions but could also be paleoseismites.
It looks a Rhizocorallium (U-shaped).. But there is no connection between both tubes of U?!! if there is any close picture shown how is the relation between both tube, it could help to confirm !!

I think it's an awesome sample of Rhizocorallium, the internal structure are clearly visible!
What is the age of the sample?

I exclude coprolites and support those ideas pointing to ichnofossils, but shouldn´t we follow up the classical way of presenting a yardstick besides the object as it is common use in geology, give some information about the lithology , the environment of formation etc. I did not see anything like that and I agree with the concern voiced by Dr. Madeira as to the approach taken in this case.

these are Diplocraterion or Rhizocorallium. it depends on their position within the host rock. the spreinte is not clear
Thank you all. I have sent your diagnosis to the colleague (ornothologist) who found the "thing".
It is true that it is Rhizocorallium communae - a ichnofossil of wide appaereance.
