It would be important to know something about the geological context of the structures before jumping to conclusions. I agree with the previous suggestions but could also be paleoseismites.
It looks a Rhizocorallium (U-shaped).. But there is no connection between both tubes of U?!! if there is any close picture shown how is the relation between both tube, it could help to confirm !!
I exclude coprolites and support those ideas pointing to ichnofossils, but shouldn´t we follow up the classical way of presenting a yardstick besides the object as it is common use in geology, give some information about the lithology , the environment of formation etc. I did not see anything like that and I agree with the concern voiced by Dr. Madeira as to the approach taken in this case.
