In my short experience of conferences and journals, I could say that if the organizers are looking to make money out of the event, then they are predatory in nature. Be away from them. My recent experience with a conf is that they want all the three authors to be registered by paying full money even if they are not attending the conf.
One more clue is if they accept your paper within a very short time (which could mean that they have not done any blind review of the paper).
