Bacteria is known to inhibit other bacteria by many mechanisms. Is there anything like this for viruses?
As far as I know, there is what's called viral interference. In other words, related viruses might compete on the same host cell. How this is achieved and to what level is not yet very clear.
How does one takes something so abstract and make it relevant in healthcare?
