There where several producers of PHA among grait biodiversity of microorganisms. The some pseudomonas strains has mentioned activities but more reliable producers is recombinant strains with cloned PHA produced gene. Also you need to find low cost carbone source for production.

Dear Mehmet,

Azotobacter vinelandii (and other species of Azotobacter) also produce PHA, specifically, polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB). A. vinelandii is a nitrogen-fixing bacterium that is found in soil. It was originally isolated from a soil sample collected in Vineland, New Jersey (USA) many years ago, hence its name.

You can find in the literature different examples of PHA-producing bacteria, as Cupriavidus necator, Burkholderia sacchari, and Pseudomonas spp. they can in fact produce PHA with different monomeric compositions from different substrates.

Very many bacterial strains are natural producers of PHA. A few include Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas putida, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Pseudomonas jessenii, Pseudomonas oleovorans, Bradyrhizobium japonicum, Caulobacter crescentus, Bacillus spp. etc. The commercial strain of Cupriavidus necator is most cost-effective for fermentations.
