Are there scanners for digitizing points when resampling images?

I was trying to resample an image by bilinear interpolation and found that placing the coordinate points is time-consuming. Is there a way around it?

Dear Risper Nyairo,

I think you want to make random resampling your interpolated image, I suggest to use ArcMap software for this it has random sampaling tool that you can use for this task. Hope this helps you.
