Conventional tillage improves the leaching of chemicals and nutrients to the groundwater. How ever direct seeding is often applied with high amounts of herbicide. What 's happen ?

Its true that ZT wheat might require more herbicide for controlling weeds, buts its time of application is more important. However, there are other advantages like saving of diesel, time, labour etc. Evaluation for herbicide residue in soil is one of concern.
