I am looking for publications where laboratory tests were performed on samples of the Alpine Schists (mylonites and/or non-mylonitic Alpine schists) collected along the Alpine Fault of New Zealand in order to calculate the residual properties of the rock (c and phi residual especially)?
Unfortunately I don't know any paper on this particular topic. However, I would like to know if you are intersted in the rocks, in the rock mass or in the discontinuities. As a matter of fracts, residual values could be considered for the discontinuities, while I think thet the rocks or the rock masses should show a too sharp brittle behavior at least at low pressures and temperatures. Thank you very much for your answer. I am more interested in the rock mass (or alternatively in the rocks) because the deformation that I am trying to model (a possible reactivation of an old slip) does not follow the schistosity (main discontinuity) but it is almost perpendicular to it. I will take a look to Luca Zorzi PhD Thesis anyway and I will keep looking...
