Artificial intelligence for medicine needs a Turing test. The test suggests that if a machine can answer any question presented to it using the same words that an ordinary person would, then we would conclude that the machine is capable of intelligent thinking ( many things in medicine lack fixed rules and stereotypical features, and so will be hard for AI to solve ).

Are there now "cognitive physician assistant" that have passed the Turing (medical) Test?

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
