I am not sure, if I understand the question. Cost-effectiveness analysis is a technique by itself and is well described. Not sure I see a connection with behavioral analysis unless you are talking about developing end-points to measure success against.

If I understand correctly, you may wish to look at quality of life or satisfaction. Standardised tools are available from literature.
ya exactly qol WHO QOL scale is available and is quoted in literature I think such type of scales will be sufficient?
