Are there facile methods to synthesize ZnO nanocrystals with both excellent crystallinity and large specific surface area?

We previously synthesized the ZnO nanowires by the very facile hydrothermal method. In this technique, first you need to deposit a seeding layer on the substrate and after that, the samples are gone through the chemical bath. As a result, you obtain a well oriented, high specific surface area 1D nanostructures (of course well crystallined). If you like to see more, you can explore our previous papers attached.
