We previously synthesized the ZnO nanowires by the very facile hydrothermal method. In this technique, first you need to deposit a seeding layer on the substrate and after that, the samples are gone through the chemical bath. As a result, you obtain a well oriented, high specific surface area 1D nanostructures (of course well crystallined). If you like to see more, you can explore our previous papers attached.
I am interested in ZnO nanoparticles with both excellent crystallinity and large specific surface area. Such NPs should be cost-effectively synthesized. Anybody is likely to provide with references?
