TIE is gaining importance in teaching learning process. It should also be. But to practice I found different situation where precedent methodologies don't fit successfully.
there are articles which shows methodologies however, they are used for children not adults and no such research found (in my opinion) for doctors, nurses or paramedics teaching.
Simon Stephens Sadaf Konain Ansari Nandan Bhattacharya I work with methodologies connected with action research. We do development work through action research with adults and children. Acting out a subject is very educational and we let the participants collaborate on how the theatrical sollutions should be. Real inclusion and collaboration enhances the development and learning process. I would not worry to much about rules but focus on the participants experience of belonging, relevance and ownership.
The Theatre in Education experience allows students to see and feel how their behaviour affects others and learn alternative behaviours or seek help. Students are also provided with insights into why people may engage in bullying behaviour, increasing empathy, perspective-taking and a supportive school climate.
