Hi, I am looking for recommendations for covered dishes that allows agonist delivery to cells (without me opening the dish lid) during live cell imaging.

I want to infect epithelial cells with RV-A16 virus and then carry out confocal calcium imaging on the cells with different agonists. Because the cells will be infected with RV-A16 they need to be in a closed container as I cannot open the lid of the cell dish to add in the agonists (health and safety regulations of my research institute). Has anyone used a "closed system" like this for confocal calcium imaging where the cells are in a sealed dish and there's an inlet for agonists to be delivered?

thanks in advance
