There are lots of high performance clusters that you can request time on. The easiest one for you to get time on is probably: https://www.uj.ac.za/faculties/science/apm/Pages/HighPerformanceComputing.aspx

Other universities and national entities have resources that you can request "free" time on.

If you are looking for a paid cloud solution, it get's expensive very quickly. I played around with Microsoft Azure a little, and found it it was not too hard to set something up, but I only did it for the experience and would not recommend it when you have other options.

Thank you for all your comments. I have looked at vIs3d as well as the smog server. Currently Gromacs on the HADDOCK site is not running any new jobs.

Thank you for picking up that University of Johannesburg also has an HPC Chad, but unfortunately it is only allocated for Maths.

I am currently running short simulations on MDWeb, which is an older site, but at least I get some output.

I am also collaborating with a scientist at another HPC in South Africa, and it seems like there will be some results.
