I would like to know whether there are any softwares available in the market for signal processing like EEG signal processing which can be easily used by neurophysicians without the usage or knowledge of coding?
I think that MATLAB is absolutely a powerful software with a great help and you can find any kind of functions for biomedical signal analysis in it. there are also free toolboxes which can help you. for example for EEG signal processing you can use eeglab toolbox.
Thank you all for your answers. This software is not for my usage. Its for a neurosurgeon who doesn't know any coding or MATLAB etc., So it should be user friendly for people like him to operate easily ....
dear Satya, what kind of signal processing do you want to do ? for source localization, there are matlab toolboxes such as Brainstorm, Fieldtrip, MNE-Python. For ICA, time frequency , etc.. there is EEGLab. We developedin our lab a user friendly multiplatform signal viewer called Anywave, for reviewing, marking event, performing time frequency, independant component analysis, connectivity..... New plug ins in Matlab and Python can be easily incorporated. It is primarily aimed for neurologists with no Matlab experience, and is available at http://meg.univ-amu.fr/wiki/AnyWave. All the very best , Christian
