I'm looking for a speech disorders database with recorded speech that is annotated with interventions. Any of Speech Sound Disorder, Motor Speech Disorder or other kinds of pathological speech would fit to me.

Ideally, I would like to see speech data for a single patient that is recorded regularly for a longer period of time, including time stamped annotations about applied interventions and or life events.

I need this data for a PhD research project.
